They were very friendly and helpful. They helped me book private tours with a really nice guide and driver. The breakfast was great every morning, very filling with fresh fruit.

Hotel is a hidden gem. The staff went above and beyond with all services. We did room service, needed a few things, excursions and rides. Breakfast was delicious with an outstanding view. Would highly recommend for that area

We showed up at the hotel early morning after an all night train and they were able to find us an upgraded room with a great view. Fantastic breakfast and they even gave us a departing gift. Our best stay in Egypt!
