أقمنا في فندق "ذا باي" لثلاث ليالٍ ضمن إجازة أطول. للأسف، كانت الخدمة سيئة، وكان الموظفون غير متعاونين ومضللين، وكانت مهاراتهم في اللغة الإنجليزية محدودة.
في اليوم الثالث، وبعد وضع لافتة طلب التنظيف على باب غرفتنا، تم تنظيف غرفتنا أخيرًا. ولكن عند عودتنا، وجدنا أن المرحاض والدش لم يُنظفا جيدًا، وأن المناشف المتسخة لا تزال على الأرض. كان هذا محبطًا للغاية لأن غرفتنا لم تُنظف إطلاقًا في اليوم الثاني، على الرغم من وضع لافتة طلب التنظيف.
الطعام في المطعم جيد، لكنك سرعان ما ستعتاد عليه نظرًا لعدم وجود بدائل طعام حقيقية في المنطقة المحيطة.
