apart from the kind people at reception all the rest was horrible, plastic bathroom that smells, poor cleaning, small room, no wardrobe, crazy expensive price for the type of hotel

Very inconveniant to get there due to limited staffing hours. Arrived by plane at LYS airport - had to take a cab to make it before 9PM (when staff desk is unmanned). Cost me 120 euros! :(
Extremely limited room space for myself and my family. Bathroom was barely big enough to fit an adult. The front desk worker was helpful giving us directions to get back to Lyon via public transit.

I didn't receive a SMS with code and the reception was almost closed at 20.45 (should have been open until 21.00).
If I came 5 min after I would not be able to enter the room.
