عندما وصلت إلى الغرفة ، تناولت الطعام في المطعم ووجدت شعرتين طويلتين في وجبتي. أريتها للجرسون وتم تحميلي السعر الكامل. طلبت مني المضيفة إضافة إكرامية. رفضت إعطاء الإكرامية. عندما حصلت على غرفتي كان هناك حلوى وقطط الغبار على الأرض. كان عليّ البقاء حتى وقت متأخر ودفع مقابل 4 ساعات لكن تم مقاطعتي 3 مرات من قبل خدمة التنظيف في الساعة الأخيرة لذا لم أستطع الراحة قبل رحلتي.
