كان موظفو مكتب الاستقبال لطيفين للغاية وكان المنتجع الصحي رائعًا. على الرغم من أن الإطلالات من الغرفة كانت جميلة وكان الموقع رائعًا، للأسف كانت ديكورات الغرف قديمة للغاية ولم يقدموا أي خدمة غرف.

كانت مرافق السبا جيدة جدًا. لم أكن على علم بوجود رسوم لاستخدام المرافق. لا بأس، لكن الضيوف لا يمكنهم الوصول إلى السبا حتى الساعة 3:00 بعد الظهر ويجب حجزه لمدة 3 ساعات. أحب الاستمتاع في الصباح أو على الأقل في وقت يناسبني، وليس حسب ما يناسب الفندق.

أقمنا في جناح جونيور واسع بإطلالة خلابة على البحيرة. كانت لدينا شرفة صغيرة. استمتعنا بمرافق السبا - نظيفة ومريحة. كان الموقع مثاليًا للمشي إلى المطاعم وركوب القارب إلى سيرميوني. طاقم العمل ممتاز.
