حجزتُ لشخصين، لكنني واجهتُ صعوبةً في الحصول على منشفتين يوميًا - لا توجد مستلزمات استحمام في الحمام - الإفطار متأخرٌ غالبًا، والموظفون مزعجون جدًا، حتى أن بعضهم يغني، ولا يقدمون الخدمة! يُقدّمون الخدمة بأنفسهم بعد وقتٍ قصير من بدء الحجز المتأخر - الدخول إلى الصالة الرياضية تجربةٌ مُرهقةٌ في كل مرة.

لا توجد مستلزمات استحمام في الحمام. حجزتُ لشخصين، ولم أستطع الحصول على منشفتين من خدمة الغرف العادية. كان الإفطار يُحضّر متأخرًا دائمًا، وكان الموظفون يثرثرون بصوت عالٍ، ويغنون أحيانًا، ويخدمون أنفسهم أيضًا - وهذا غير احترافي على الإطلاق.
