لم تكن إقامتنا الأخيرة على مستوى توقعاتنا نظرًا لأسعار هذا الفندق ومعاييره. لذلك، قررنا عدم العودة إليه مرة أخرى.

- يبدو أن بعض الموظفين يفتقرون إلى الخبرة في تقديم الخدمات، ويبدو أنهم غير متحمسين لأداء مهامهم.

- في إحدى الليالي، وجدنا صرصورًا في غرفتنا. أبلغنا موظف الاستقبال بذلك، فأخبرونا أنه تمت إزالة الصرصور من الغرفة - وعندما عدنا كان لا يزال هناك، سعيدًا وبصحة جيدة، لذا كان هذا الادعاء كذبًا. كان انطباعنا أن الموظفين لم يأخذوا مشكلتنا على محمل الجد. وفي اليوم التالي وجدنا صرصورًا ميتًا في الممر وبقي هناك حتى رحيلنا بعد يومين.
