لقد حظيتُ مؤخرًا بفرصة الإقامة في منتجع أديسون بيتش في قبرص، وكانت تجربة رائعة بكل المقاييس. كان موظفو الفندق ودودين ومستعدين دائمًا لمساعدتي في أي شيء أحتاجه.
كان الطعام في المنتجع من أبرز ما فيه. قدّمت كل وجبة تشكيلة رائعة من الأطباق، جميعها مُعدّة بشكل رائع وغنية بالنكهات. مع ذلك، واجهتُ مشكلةً كبيرةً خلال إقامتي أعتقد أنها بحاجة إلى معالجة. كان الممر المؤدي إلى غرف الحديقة، التي تُسوّق على أنها أماكن إقامة لكبار الشخصيات، متسخًا للغاية. كانت الأرضيات ملطخة وبحاجة ماسة للتنظيف أو حتى الاستبدال. كان هذا مفاجئًا بالنظر إلى المعايير العالية للمنتجع، وخاصةً للغرف التي تُعتبر فاخرة.
على صعيدٍ إيجابي، طلبتُ مغادرةً متأخرة، ورغم أن غرفتي الأصلية كانت محجوزة لنزيل آخر، إلا أن موظفي الفندق بذلوا قصارى جهدهم بتوفير غرفة جديدة لنا دون أي رسوم إضافية. عززت هذه اللفتة انطباعي حقًا بالتزام الموظفين برضا النزلاء.
على الرغم من حالة الممر، قضيتُ وقتًا رائعًا في منتجع أديسون بيتش، وسأظل كذلك.
