كان السعر مناسبًا، لكن الشقة نفسها كانت غير نظيفة، ومكيف الهواء لم يكن يعمل جيدًا، واضطررنا لاستخدام المدفأة. بدا أن هناك بقعة صلصة على الأرضيات لم تُنظف، وكان مقعد المرحاض مكسورًا أيضًا.
كما لم تُوفر أغطية الوسائد عند وصولنا، فاضطررنا للانتظار حتى اليوم التالي.
كان موقف السيارات جيدًا، لكنه كان موحلًا بسبب المطر، لكن كل شيء آخر بدا جيدًا.

قرية توسكانا رائعة ومريحة للغاية. أصحاب الإقامة الطويلة ودودون للغاية ومتعاونون، وكذلك الموظفون. البار/المطعم الموجود في الموقع جيد، وكذلك المسبح. توجد بلدة محلية على مسافة قريبة سيرًا على الأقدام بها العديد من المباني القديمة والحانات الجميلة وأماكن تناول الطعام. في أيام السبت، يوجد سوق للأطعمة، لذا يمكنك شراء السلطات والفواكه والخضروات واللحوم والجبن وما إلى ذلك. لا نستطيع الانتظار للعودة.

كان الأمر مريعا ! لا توجد تدفئة (باستثناء غرفة واحدة) ولا يوجد ماء ساخن. لم نتمكن من الاستحمام والاستيقاظ أثناء الليل حيث كان الجو باردًا جدًا. اهرب بعيدًا
لقد شرحت الموقف لمكتب الاستقبال في اليوم التالي وكانوا لطيفين للغاية لخفض السعر بنسبة 1/3.
