عندما وصلنا قيل لنا أنه ليس لديهم غرفة متاحة. كان ذلك بعد ظهر يوم السبت الساعة 16:05. غادرنا موزمبيق ذلك الصباح في الساعة 04:00 وشعرنا بالإحباط الشديد والغضب قليلاً.

كانت الرحلة تعاني من الفواق في البداية. واجهت صعوبة في الحصول على خدمة نقل مكوكية إلى الفندق ثم قيل لي إن حجزي غير موجود عند الوصول لأن موظفي مكتب الاستقبال بعد الظهر لم يتواصلوا مع الموظفين المسائيين. ما كان محبطًا هو أنني اتصلت للتأكيد بمجرد الدفع عبر الإنترنت قبل حوالي 4 أيام. بعد ذلك تم فرز الأمر وكان على ما يرام - الإفطار كان رائعًا. غرفتي -بميزانية محدودة- كانت جيدة.
