الصراصير، انتشار، جدران متسخة، أرضيات متسخة، الخادمات لا ينظفن بشكل صحيح. ملابس متسخة وُجدت في الحمام عند تسجيل الدخول.

كانت الغرفة الأولى التي تم تخصيصها لي غرفة مناسبة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وكانت رائحتها كريهة مثل المجاري. كانت الغرفة الثانية أنظف باستثناء وسادة بلا غلاف ووجود الكثير من القمامة تحت السرير. كنت متعبًا جدًا لأطلب غرفة ثالثة.
